Amy's Surprise Girls Night Out!!

Amy was surprised to find out that her night out to the movies was being ambushed by her friends for a girls night out!!!

Ahhhhh.......

I am pretty sure it was a much needed night away......we had Dave and Busters for dinner and drinks, followed by Starbucks and we tried to go bowling, but the wait was too long. Oh well next time!!!

A New Year......

Ok so it has been awhile since I posted something on my blog.....I figured it was a new year and i was going to at least try and post something new at least once a week. Amy I am sure you will be proud of me for thaat :) Well we begn the year with going to an amusement park Universal that is.....we have officially become the Thing Family, that is Thing 1, 2 & 3 ( I just thought these shirts were really cute and I actually got my teenager to go along with it!!!) So lets begin by saying Happy New Year!!!!

So the other day I was trying to figure how to use the blog on the go....I tried it and it was not compatible with my carrier! So today I tried it a different way...I guess we will see if it works :/

Ok so I went to a parent meeting the other day for the 7th grade parents and what happens? I was volunteered to make the invites for the up coming party and dance...

Easter

Today was Easter and just like every year we went to Yucaipa. There was a lot of food and boy did I eat way too much!!! The easter egg hunt was fun everyone was frantically searching for the "golden egg". There was 38 dollars that was collected for it. This was also my first Easter with Matt as a married couple!!!! Here is to many more!!!

Today we decided that we would officially start writing our thank you cards

This is somewhat what the cards look like...of course I had to go with the theme of the wedding and made them myself...

Matt was the one who wrote out the card as I told him who and what was gien to us...we are going to hae to finish them tomorrow as it got too late.

Today we went to see Coraline in 3D It was a good movie, but what else would you expect for a Tim Burton film...
This is the new board that Christopher wants to get next....he said that he is going to save his money for it. And of course Matt had to act silly...

Before the movie we decided to look around the mall

Christopher didn't want to go home yet so we took him to the bookstore. we went to Barnes and Noble in Pasadena

When we first walked in the first book we saw was Coraline. This is Christopher hiding behind it ( he has become a typical teenager and doesn't want to take pics anymore)

Today Christopher & I met up with Amy, Cambria, YvonneCamellia Festival.

We had lunch after we watched the parade and dessert was delicious!!!! We ate apples with caramel. Amy and I are making sure the caramel doesn't go to any waste.

Christopher thought it would be cute to see how Cambria looked in his hat......

Valentine's Day

ok so I forgot to post this the other day.....I guess it is better late than never..but it was our first Valentine's Day as a married couple!!! Yeah;) We took Christopher to the mall because that is what he wanted to do.

Matt bought me my chocolate covered strawberries!! That is my absolute favorite. It was from the Godiva store even better.......

He bought me a new Blackberry for my gift and yeah it can be addicting!!!!! But I love it...

Begining

Ok so I decided to try this. So here is day one....

this is my family. We got married on January 31, 2009. Just a couple of weeks ago today!!! I love being with my family and friends. Hopefully since this is our first married valentine's day it will be a good one, but we will see. You know how men are...ha ha!!! I will let you know how everything turns out.....
